Max Lincoln retired from production in late 2006, "but remained an integral part of Eurocreme, focusing on the less shiny side of business"[2]. He leads the strategy to keep the standard of production high and has enabled the company to keep at the forefront of the industry, enabling Eurocreme to claim that they are "Europe’s biggest producer of world class porn"[2].
